About the Role
St Peters Lutheran College is seeking a dedicated and experienced Risk and Safety Adviser. This pivotal role strengthens risk and governance practices across all College sites, supporting strategic decision-making and operational excellence. Reporting to the Director of Risk, Compliance and Assurance, you’ll help maintain accurate risk profiles, contribute to effective control design, and act as the key contact for Work Health and Safety. Working closely with Health and Safety representatives at the College's Springfield and Ironbark sites, you’ll support incident and audit processes while fostering a culture of accountability and improvement.
